the other day while driving in the carpark of junction 8, I kinda smished a part of the car on a pillar of a wall while turning to go down the ramp...
yeh so the car is in 'car hospital' now..

yeh i managed to smash off the silver beam lining the door of the Merc...





yup. dented inwards too. now the wheel scratches on the car.


luckily my parents weren't too bothered about it.

our poor doggie Oscar passed away.

He was only 9 years old

mummy, koko, pj and i cried...

he'll be cremated on this saturday and we will go and say byebye again.

Hello everybody ~

yesyes procrastination a word i learnt in sec 4. Fiona thought it to me. she even cut out a small little piece of a page from a magazine showing the word to me. i think she was trying to say sum thing.... [yes i was quite embarrassed, i still remember it till today. i was a notti kid tsk tsk ] how things... have not changed since. :P

Finally i'm here posting a new entry haha. only becos i've omitted my self from going on the daily exercise as i have warts on my foot ! GASP ! stay away. as we all know warts are caused by the evil HPV ! another GASP ! Lucky not the bad HPV...

ok so some things happened since the last time. ok so i was offered a place to do a Grad Dip in Bioethics in Monash which was cool and all. [some info: diana ultimately wants to do law, so one way is to do an undergrad in law and another is to do a masters and go into grad entry]
So long story short i naturally assumed that after the Grad Dip i would be allowed to go into the masters course and i even enquired what the entry requirements were for transition to the MSc program.... now i know why they were avoiding my question until the rep came down to Singapore to talk to potential students. so i asked. And to my horror i was told that people on the grad dip are not allowed to go onto the MSC course as 'the courses are too similar' *diana rolls eyes*

But she sed that if i wrote a personal statement and gave her my 3rd year undergrad project she may try to push to place me on the MSc course. but Monash bioethics is in the ARTS faculty .. its very philosophical and arty. Diana does not think she will be able to cope in a 1 year course to get the required grades to then apply for graduate entry law later on.

SO.... diana turns down offer to go to Monash. BUT accepts offer to go to Tasmania to do undergrad Arts leading to Second year Law.

yup one full circle.

so essentially diana is going to Tasmania in Feb 2008. She is happy and says she maybe able to see her friends who are in Australia eventho she will be on a small island far away.

when i was in Sydney i was talking to my cousin John Paul who i havent seen in ages! maybe since '97.
seems like we realtives born in the 83-85 era have similar taste in music. i was going thru his CD collection and saw Silverchair. Yes its an Aussie band, and i my love for them has been rekindled ! lol. how dramatic.
remember listening to them when i was 16 [ish] and talking to Fiona in school about silverchair and how she told me that the lead singer had been diagnosed with Arthritis. oohh.

ok so returned from Australia on Monday. and now i have a cold. but getting better.
The weather there was excellent ! Bright n sunny not too much rain [yer... drought now anyways] Not too hot or cold either.

So on saturday i went to sentosa with my aunty and her 2 kids ,my cousins[they're tripelts but the oldest was at home]
i had a superb time and did so many cool things like the Luge ! finally i get to go on it.
Cos my Aunty is like.. gots many the connections.. we all got 3 free rides on the Luge. and also complimentary tix on other things... woohoo ~

Yes so like i was saying i have been really busy these few weeks as i am trying to get into a law course. AND i am applying to Australia to see which kind University will want to take poor little me in.. so first i applied to Murdoch University and University of Tasmania.
Then yesterday i put in my application to Flinders Uni, Univ of Western Australia and Australia National University. And today I put in one for Sydney.

I didnt try the rest e.g Melbourne etc as they are really very competitive and i dont think i can get in.

Sooooooooo....

I just found today that i gots a place in U of Tasmania ! heehee yay!
its a 4year course but the first year i have to do 2 compulsory legal subjects and some arts electives in the first year which is a bachelor of arts degree BUT all i have to do is Pass the year and i go into 2nd year Law. so it sounds good to me. start in feb 2008

And Murdoch wanted to gimme Legal Studies but its like i have to get 70% average in sem1 then i can transfer to Law... I'm like No way man.... thats too crazy. besides somewhere else wants me .... yay.

i and my mummy are going to Sydney 12may for 1 week to look-see around and of cos visit our dear ol' auntie Rose who i not seen in like 10 years.....

I'm really excited !

ok so yup thats all the update. nothing interesting so far in my life other than this la.
so dunno when next update can/will be .... ohhhh!
